Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience supporting and integrating with legacy systems including older .NET Framework apps and Windows Services.
• Strong proficiency with Visual Studio.
• Experience developing and maintaining web applications using ASP.NET MVC, Razor, or Blazor.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Desktop application development experience (WinForms or similar).
• Experience with Entity Framework / EF Core.
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions using agreed technologies and standards.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Support maintenance and enhancement of existing applications and services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Track development effort against estimates and provide progress updates.
• Ensure development work meets quality standards and timescales.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
