Places for People is seeking a Housing Officer to be the visible presence in communities, delivering tenancy and estate management services with a customer focus. The role involves engaging with customers, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and contributing to safe, clean, and attractive neighbourhoods.

You will conduct tenancy reviews, inspections and help develop improvement plans, working with the Community Safety Team.

Qualifikationen

• Social housing experience in a Housing Officer role or similar.
• Tenancy Management/ Tenancy Sustainability experience.

Aufgaben

• Carry out tenancy reviews and property inspections.
• Create neighbourhood and continuous improvement plans with the team to uphold estate standards and budgets.
• Manage neighbourhoods as part of the established team; report to Area Manager.
