Places for People in the UK is seeking a Housing Officer to lead tenancy and estate management in local communities near Norfolk. You will perform tenancy reviews, inspections and work with the Community Safety Team to uphold standards.

Based in communities with some home working, the role requires social housing experience, strong communication and the ability to manage budgets and contracts. A basic DBS check is mandatory.

Competenze

• Social housing experience in a Housing Officer role or similar.
• Tenancy management/sustainability experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
