MBDA is seeking a proactive Systems Proving Engineer to support the Naval Based Air Defence (Sea Viper) integration and validation effort. The role involves planning and executing a broad range of trials across laboratory, ground, harbour and sea environments, with a focus on data analysis and issue resolution.

The candidate will collaborate with systems engineering and design teams, manage lab risk, and support travel within the UK and potentially abroad.

Qualifications

• Broad-based Systems Proving engineering experience.
• Experience planning, generating and executing trials.
• Ability to communicate with diverse internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, generate and execute trials with systems engineering and design teams.
• Acquire data, investigate and resolve design issues during trials.
• Prepare, deliver and follow up Trials Readiness Reviews.
