MBDA is seeking a proactive Systems Proving Engineer to support the Naval Based Air Defence (Sea Viper) integration and validation effort. The role involves planning and executing a broad range of trials across laboratory, ground, harbour and sea environments, with a focus on data analysis and issue resolution.
The candidate will collaborate with systems engineering and design teams, manage lab risk, and support travel within the UK and potentially abroad.
We are looking for a proactive and committed Systems Proving Engineer to join the Integration and Systems Validation team in the Naval Based Air Defence domain (Sea Viper). Due to contracts won and expected, this is an exciting time to join an expanding team.
Salary: Up to £46,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: Up to 4 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
