Job summary

KPMG Ireland is seeking an ambitious Associate Director or Manager to join the Corporate Simplification team in Belfast. You will lead MVL and corporate simplification engagements, coordinating multi-entity projects and acting as the main client contact across the engagement lifecycle.

The role offers significant client exposure, leadership responsibility, and opportunities to contribute to business development and growth within the Corporate Simplification practice.

Qualifications

• ACA qualification or equivalent desirable
• Experience in restructuring, insolvency, audit or professional services environment
• Strong project management with multiple streams, deadlines and stakeholders
• Experience managing structured, process-driven engagements at scale would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Manage MVL and corporate simplification engagements from inception to completion
• Act as primary day-to-day contact for clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-border simplification projects with internal/external teams
• Prepare reports, statutory documentation, and engagement deliverables
• Identify risks and opportunities and manage risk controls
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and internal risk management
