Job summary

Achuman Capital represents an esteemed UK firm seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate team in Belfast. The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, with a focus on M&A, venture capital, private equity, restructurings, and equity capital markets, including cross-border transactions.

You will support share and asset deals, due diligence, JV structures, tax-efficient planning, and broader day-to-day corporate advice, while developing client

• 5+ PQE in corporate law.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a full range of corporate services for a global client base.
• Focus on M&A, venture capital, private equity, restructurings and ECM with cross-border elements.
• Support share and asset deals, due diligence and buyout transactions.
• Advise on JV structuring, contractual arrangements and tax-efficient planning.
• Provide day-to-day corporate advice and contribute to BD initiatives.

Job description

We are working with an esteemed UK firm who are looking for a Senior Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate practice within their Belfast office.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a dynamic Corporate team, advising on a full range of corporate services for the firm’s global client base. The candidate’s work will focus on M&A, venture capital, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings, and equity capital markets, often with a cross-border element. Duties include supporting share and asset sales and purchases for corporates, buyout transactions and due diligence, advising on elements of joint ventures, such as contractual structures, corporate and LLP vehicles, and tax efficient structuring, and providing general day-to-day corporate advice.

The candidate will play a key role in supporting companies in all stages of their lifecycle, acting for many high-value investments. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development initiatives, while maintaining strong relationships with the firm’s global client base.
