Röhlig Logistics GmbH's Solihull (Birmingham) branch seeks an experienced Multimodal Export Operations Clerk to manage ocean and air export procedures end-to-end. You will handle customs entries, deliver excellent customer service to multiple stakeholders, and contribute to growing the client base while upholding high standards of accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a start-to-finish ocean and air export freight forwarding role.
• IT proficiency, CargoWise1 Certified Operator/Specialist.
• Educated to GCSE standard including maths and English.
• Excellent knowledge of air and ocean export procedures.
• Excellent communication and complaint resolution skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality, on-time work.
• Great work ethic, conscientious, punctual, able to follow direction from business leaders.
