Optima Health is seeking an MSK Physiotherapist for its Occupational Health team in Derby. The role offers a hybrid pattern with three days onsite and two days remote, and a salary up to £40,000 per annum.

You will conduct face-to-face and remote assessments, deliver evidence-based care, and support employee wellbeing in the workplace. The role requires post-registration UK experience, CSP and HCPC registration, and a clinical focus on MSK conditions within Occupational Health.

Qualifikationen

• MSK physiotherapy skills relevant to workplace health.
• Interest or experience in Occupational Health Physiotherapy.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide accurate assessment, diagnosis and treatment for employees on remote or on-site basis.
• Identify and advise on workplace hazards contributing to MSK disorders.
• Conduct DSE and work-based task assessments when required.
• Maintain objectivity and adhere to occupational health guidance.
• Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation aligned with national standards.
• Use bio-psychosocial approach with functional assessments to guide work recommendations.
