Zusammenfassung

LSL Property Services plc is seeking a Mortgage Advice Reviewer to join the Solihull-based Customer Outcomes Team (Compliance). The role offers hybrid working with three days from home and two days in the Solihull office on Birmingham Business Park.

You will review cases for suitability, ensure Consumer Duty compliance, and provide feedback to Advisers to support development. A CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is required.

• Capable of working under pressure and prioritising workload.
• Experience reviewing mortgage advice and consumer duty guidance.

Aufgaben

• Review member files for suitability of advice against guidance and SLAs.
• Assess adherence to Consumer Duty and document activity and outcomes.
• Provide feedback to Advisers by phone and walkthrough remedial actions.
• Report breaches of PRIMIS and FCA standards through proper channels.
