Job summary

Guidant Global, partnering with Airbus, is seeking a Minor Works Project Manager to lead a portfolio of small to mid-size facilities projects at Filton and Newport. You’ll oversee concepts through completion, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The role manages multiple concurrent projects up to £100,000, with hybrid working and occasional travel; 35 hours/week, 7am-7pm window. UK SC eligibility supported.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple live construction or facilities projects.
• Strong PM and delivery expertise across diverse sites.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety and CDM requirements.
• SMSTS, SSSTS or equivalent qualification.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers and teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and stakeholders.
• UK nationality and eligibility for SC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a portfolio of minor works from feasibility to commissioning.
• Manage multiple projects across Filton and Newport.
• Develop scopes, budgets and delivery plans.
• Lead tendering, procurement and commercial management.
• Monitor costs, variations and final accounts.
• Coordinate contractors and subcontractors for delivery.
• Maintain relationships with operations to minimise disruption.
• Ensure CDM 2015 compliance and safety documentation.
• Drive consistent project management standards across sites.
• Oversee RAMS, permits to work and site inductions.
