IMG is seeking a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join its digital team in London. You will lead two designers, translate briefs into visual concepts, and deliver high-quality campaigns across digital channels for major sports clients.

The role combines creative development, production and people leadership, balancing ambitious ideas with timely delivery in a fast-moving sports environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar graphic design role, ideally within a fast-paced agency, sports, entertainment, media or brand environment.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior or mid-level designers.
• A degree in graphic design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong portfolio across presentations, layout, branding, typography and digital content.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day management of a two-person design team with direction, support and feedback.
• Plan and monitor design workloads across the team, balancing priorities and timelines.
• Remain hands-on in creating rights-holder creative, hygiene graphics, campaigns and social assets.
• Interpret briefs and develop strong concepts with account managers and clients.
• Present creative thinking clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Review output for accuracy, consistency and brand alignment.
• Provide timely feedback to resolve challenges and improve output.
• Maintain templates, toolkits and processes for scalable, high-quality work.
