Job summary

Right Formula in London is seeking a Mid-weight Designer to join our Creative team, reporting to the Design Director. You will own creative work for one of our key clients, developing ideas and bringing them to life across digital and print, editorial, presentations and event branding.

The role focuses on an oil and energy client with opportunities to support projects across our wider portfolio. You’ll bring strong craft, attention to detail and a fast-paced agency mindset to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience at Mid-weight Designer level, ideally in a creative agency or fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design craft and idea development across formats.
• Ability to take a brief from concept to finished artwork.

Responsibilities

• Creative Development: develop concepts for digital, print, editorial, social, presentations and event branding.
• Concept to Delivery: manage projects from ideas to final execution with attention to detail.
• Team Collaboration: work with Design Director and colleagues to deliver cohesive work.
• Client Interaction: participate in meetings, reviews and brief feedback.
• Brand Consistency: ensure executions align with client identity.
• Fresh Thinking: stay curious about trends and bring new ideas.
• Mentorship: support junior designers in developing skills.
