Job summary

Hobbycraft is hiring a Micro Space Planner to create and maintain accurate planograms using Spaceman, translating range reviews into customer-centric layouts. You will work with divisional teams to balance sales, availability and fixture constraints across stores, ensuring consistency with planning standards.

The role involves 37.5 hours per week, with a hybrid model: three days in the office and two days at home, based at Hobbycraft Bournemouth/Head Office.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of retail micro space planning and planograms.
• Experience creating planograms using Spaceman or NIQ Spaceman.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain planograms in Spaceman aligned to range reviews and launches.
• Translate briefs into customer-centric, commercially informed planograms.
• Allocate space by SKU using micro space planning principles.
• Collaborate with divisional teams to understand range intent and priorities.
• Ensure outputs support commercial strategy and store execution.
• Maintain accuracy and meet deadlines across planning standards.
