Job summary

Dunelm in Leicester is recruiting a Micro Space Planner to join the Store Experience team. You will develop flexible space and merchandising solutions, creating customer-centric planograms and supporting weekly campaigns and events to maximise sales opportunities.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Store Operations, POS, and Insights to ensure store layouts and space allocation deliver a seamless customer experience while staying ahead of industry trends and competitive activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations or similar fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interpret data to optimise space and drive sales.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and space planning tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative, cross-functional mindset with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Create customer-centric planograms that are easy to shop and replenish.
• Analyse data to optimise space allocation and campaigns.
