Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Materials & Production Planner to join a busy manufacturing business and balance customer demand with production capacity. This role covers planning, scheduling, and order management to keep products on time while maintaining accurate ERP data.

You will work closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Production, Purchasing, Dispatch, Quality and Product Engineering teams. Hybrid working is offered with up to two days from home and a Monday–Friday pattern.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or order management.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail in ERP environments.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage short-term production plan and customer order schedule within planning parameters.
• Balance demand with available production capacity and review delivery dates with teams.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Supply Chain to confirm achievable targets.
