Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is seeking a Materials & Production Planner to join a busy manufacturing business. You will manage the short-term production plan and customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate ERP data.

This role requires strong planning, analytical skills, and collaboration across Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Production teams. Ideal candidates will have experience in production planning, scheduling, or order management, plus proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and scheduling within manufacturing.
• Experience using ERP systems with accurate data entry.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex data.

Responsibilities

• Manage short-term production plan and customer orders within planning parameters.
• Balance demand with available production capacity.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Supply Chain to confirm delivery dates.
• Communicate risks, delays, and schedule changes to stakeholders.
• Enter and maintain orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Monitor shortfalls and coordinate rescheduling and lead times.
