Job summary

Birmingham Hospice in Birmingham seeks a Marketing Manager to drive income growth through fundraising communications and marketing activity across social media, email and paid media. This is a two-year, fixed-term role leading a small team and working with income generation colleagues to maximise income and raise the profile of the charity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fundraising/communications
• Proven track record creating multimedia campaigns (social, email, paid ads)
• Experience building and managing digital channels (web & social)
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
• Creative thinker with willingness to innovate and grow income

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team within Income Generation and Marketing
• Deliver multi-channel campaigns to maximise supporter acquisition and retention
• Collaborate across fundraising, media, digital and campaigns teams
• Oversee development of digital channels including websites and social platforms
