Job summary

Velociti Solutions Limited in Bromsgrove is seeking a Marketing Executive to deliver the marketing strategy and manage a broad range of campaigns for our fleet management solutions. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and key stakeholders to develop compelling campaigns across multiple channels.

The role focuses on digital marketing, social media engagement and events, with success measured by lead generation, brand awareness and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B marketing experience with digital focus.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Experience with content marketing, email marketing and online advertising.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and LinkedIn.
• Excellent copywriting and brand consistency.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with events planning and management is preferred.
• Social media strategy and engagement for customer acquisition preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing communications strategy for fleet management solutions and annual integrated campaigns.
• Expand inbound and digital marketing plus social media to boost online engagement and new opportunities.
• Build and manage social media presence across key platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver events including user groups, conferences, trade shows and exhibitions.
• Create high-impact marketing assets: emails, videos, website copy, brochures, blogs and case studies.
• Translate customer insights into compelling messaging and growth-focused campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to mix marketing activities for client acquisition and retention.
• Monitor campaign performance and refine strategies using market intelligence and competitor data.
