Raytheon UK is seeking a Marine Engineering Submarine Specialist (MESM SME) to lead the gathering and validation of technical data for DSAT courseware and media. You will coordinate with Courseware and Media Teams, interview SMEs, and ensure data accuracy and contextualised training across Defence systems.

The role requires proven at-sea Cat A Nuclear watchkeeping experience, with responsibilities spanning data analysis, standard setting, and collaboration with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proven at sea experience as a Cat A Nuclear watchkeeper.
• Knowledge of DSAT courseware development and data requirements.

Responsabilités

• Work with the DSAT courseware and media teams to identify data requirements.
• Interview subject matter experts and collate data for courseware.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and courseware teams to contextualise training.
• Maintain and revalidate course technical data.
• Champion Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and continuous improvement.
