Job summary

MBDA UK Limited is seeking enthusiastic Project Planners/Controllers to join our Bolton-based team. You will help ensure products are built to schedule, cost and scope while growing your career in a collaborative environment.

The role offers hybrid working with 2-3 days on-site and a focus on forecasting, reporting and continuous improvement, with BPSS security checks after the offer stage.

Qualifications

• Experience in forecasting costs and schedules with variance analysis.
• Ability to create robust project control reporting suites.
• Knowledge of cost control, baseline management and change control processes.
• Proven track record of delivering projects to budget and schedule.
• Experience with SAP/ARM/Primavera/Oracle Unifier/MSP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and apportion costs; assess variances to budget.
• Validate and steer project schedules with stakeholders.
• Lead Integrated Baseline (budget and schedule) development.
• Produce data to support project health and trend analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardisation in controls.
