Job summary

T2M Resourcing are working on behalf of a market leading manufacturing company to appoint a Management Accountant. This is a transformation journey embracing automation and AI, offering promotion prospects for a qualified accountant who wants to make a genuine impact.

The role covers monthly management accounts and business performance reporting, development of AI-driven analysis, standard cost and stock accounting, and margin insights.

Qualifications

• ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified accountant.
• Must have previous experience in either the manufacturing or engineering sector.
• Costing and Stock accounting experience is essential.
• High proficiency in Excel with a strong interest in utilising / developing AI.
• Previous management accounting experience.
• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to improving financial reporting and business insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, analytical and numerical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monthly management accounts and business performance reporting / partnering.
• Developing AI to develop high quality financial analysis and data to support business decisions.
• Standard cost accounting.
• Stock accounting.
• Gross Margin Analysis.
• Support the FC and FD with ad-hoc projects.
