Job summary

T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Financial Accountant for a well-established business in the Kidderminster area. Hybrid working is available (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) as part of an ongoing transformation journey embracing automation and AI within the finance function.

You will be part of a small finance team, responsible for financial accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, statutory reporting, audit preparation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ideally ACA/ ACCA).
• Strong technical accounting skills.
• Interest in AI-driven improvements within finance.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of annual statutory accounts.
• Ownership of designated balance sheet accounts and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audit.
• Prepare audit schedules and VAT returns.
• Maintain financial controls and support month-end/year-end close.
