Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an M&E Asset Management Consultant to support asset surveys and engineering assessments across client sites in the UK. You will apply knowledge of building services systems to collect, analyse and interpret asset data, helping clients plan maintenance, compliance and lifecycle strategies.

You’ll use digital survey tools and Power BI to deliver high‑quality outputs while developing expertise on increasingly complex projects within a flexible, hybrid working environment

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, building services engineering or facilities management.
• Knowledge of M&E building systems and compliance requirements.
• Experience using digital survey tools and asset management software.
• Ability to produce high-quality technical reports and analyse data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed surveys of mechanical and electrical building services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lifts).
• Produce accurate technical reports, asset data and practical recommendations.
• Analyse data with Power BI to support decision-making.
• Support delivery of asset management projects across client sites.
