Job summary

ReBound UK is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Logistics Analyst to join the Orchestration & Logistics team in Telford. You will turn data into insights that influence high-stakes decisions across cost optimisation, network design and KPI standardisation.

You will build robust analyses from scratch, identify data issues, and drive automation, digitisation and AI tool adoption across operations, collaborating with BI teams and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Logistics or Operations Management.
• Experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build credible, robust data analyses to inform high-stakes decisions.
• Support cost optimisation, network design and KPI standardisation.
• Identify data issues and implement improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with BI teams to standardise reporting and metrics.
• Explore automation, digitisation and AI tooling to improve processes.
• Lead data-driven initiatives across operations with DMAIC/Lean.
