Our core values drive everything we do. We believe in promoting a supportive environment for our colleagues, delivering exceptional service to our customers, contributing to the community, and working towards a more sustainable environment. If you share these values and are passionate about making a positive impact, we'd love to have you on our team.

About The Role

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves data and wants to see it drive real, high-stakes decisions. Our Orchestration team sits within Logistics and focuses on end-to-end continuous improvement and analytics — working on broad initiatives that improve profitability and client satisfaction through operational excellence, standardisation and a genuinely scalable global logistics network.

As our Orchestration & Logistics Analyst, you’ll be the analytical engine behind that work. You’ll build credible, robust data analysis from the ground up and use it to shape major change decisions across our operation — everything from cost optimisation and network design to KPI standardisation, deep-dive trend analysis and cost-benefit modelling.

You won’t just crunch numbers, though. You’ll proactively spot data issues and improvement opportunities, solve complex problems independently, and own the implementation of your ideas alongside other teams. There’s real scope to modernise how we work too — bringing in automation, digitisation and AI tools wherever they can make us better. If you take pride in turning raw data into insight that actually changes things, you’ll love it here.

  • Supporting projects and teams with strong analytics, building a credible analytical base that informs high-stakes change decisions in operations
  • Working across initiatives such as cost optimisation, logistics flow optimisation, network solution design, KPI standardisation, deep dives, trend analysis, cost-benefit analysis and supporting the innovation pipeline
  • Proactively spotting data issues and operational improvement opportunities, and solving problems independently
  • Collaborating with our BI teams to standardise reporting and metrics
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and digitisation, adapting ways of working to bring in AI tools and automation wherever possible
  • Driving data-driven ideas, identifying inefficiencies and owning implementation with other teams using DMAIC and Lean methodologies
  • Being a proactive, supportive partner to other departments — building strong relationships and developing expertise others can lean on
Your qualifications & experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Data Analytics, Engineering, Logistics or Operations Management)
  • Experience in logistics or warehousing would be a real plus
Your analytical toolkit
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work with large volumes of data and interpret it to solve problems
  • Advanced Excel, including graphical representation of data
  • Experience with Tableau reporting is preferred, and creating Tableau or Power BI visualisations is a bonus
  • Familiarity with problem-solving and project management frameworks such as DMAIC, Lean, process mapping/flow diagrams and RCAs
The kind of person you are
  • A great collaborator and communicator who works well across different teams
  • Organised, with a knack for building data sets from scratch to support large-scale projects
  • A fast learner and practical problem-solver who can tackle complex data challenges independently
  • Detail-focused, with strong critical thinking to spot issues in data before they become problems
  • A team player with genuine drive, initiative and real pride in what you do
What We Offer

At ReBound UK, we are committed to providing all our colleagues with a thorough onboarding experience from their first day, this encompasses continuous training and development opportunities throughout your time with us.

You will be part of a department that fosters a transparent and collaborative team environment aligned with our company vision.

We understand the significance of maintaining a healthy work/life balance, which is why we offer a hybrid working model for our office staff.

We recognise the importance of individuals wellbeing and being able to take time away from the business to recharge so we offer colleagues the ability to be able to purchase up-to an additional 10 days holidays on top of their current allowance.

We're passionate about making a difference—and we know our people are too. That’s why we offer two fully paid days off each year for you to support the causes you care about. Whether it's volunteering at a local shelter, planting trees, or running a fundraiser, we’ll give you the time to give back.
