Job summary

Leonardo UK in Yeovil is seeking a proactive Logistics Controller to manage outsourced logistics, ensuring services meet safety, quality and cost targets, and to act as the main interface with external providers.

You will monitor KPIs, resolve issues, support continuous improvement, and contribute to tendering, process development and system enhancements, with emphasis on contract management, procurement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Qualified to HNC level (or equivalent) in an Aerospace or Business-related subject or adequate relevant experience
• Experience in Contract Management, Project Management or Procurement is desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide an interface between the company and outsourced logistics providers
• Monitor performance against KPIs and address non-conformances
• Support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement
• Assist with special projects including aircraft moves and tenders
• Support budgeting, reporting and data integrity activities
