Job summary

Leaders in Care is recruiting a Social Worker for a forward-thinking Local Authority in Lincoln. You’ll join a Community Adult Social Work Team supporting adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities to live safely, independently and with dignity.

The role offers hybrid working with home-based days, flexible hours, regular supervision, and strong development opportunities. You’ll work autonomously within a supportive multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration.
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience with Court of Protection and safeguarding adults.

Responsibilities

• Complete Care Act assessments, reviews, and support planning.
• Work with Court of Protection cases and complex decision-making.
• Apply knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and Best Interests.
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff where required.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centred outcomes.
