Job summary

Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking a Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a growing Dispute Resolution team. You will handle a broad range of litigation matters and develop your own caseload with a focus on Commercial and General Litigation.

You will work with experienced solicitors, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, advise clients, and contribute to the growth of the department through networking and high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years' PQE or approaching qualification.
• Experience in a general litigation environment with at least one of the listed areas.
• Strong research, drafting and analytical skills.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Commercially minded approach and strong communication.
• Ability to manage own workload within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress your own litigation caseload with supervision.
• Assist across Commercial, Property and Contentious Probate matters.
• Develop expertise in Commercial and General Litigation.
• Advise clients on contentious matters with commercially focused solutions.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and apply legislation and case law.
• Negotiate with opposing parties and liaise with counsel and experts.
• Collaborate with the wider Dispute Resolution team and maintain high client care.
• Support growth and development of the litigation practice and networks.
