Law Staff Ltd is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a growing remote team. The role focuses on civil litigation, with a significant emphasis on property disputes for investors and developers, as well as debt recovery across a national client base.

You will manage a varied caseload, provide strong client care, and contribute to billing performance while working flexibly in a fully remote environment.

Formación

• Qualified Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FILEX) with at least 4 years' PQE in dispute resolution.
• Strong experience in property litigation and debt recovery.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters.
• Handle property disputes for investors and developers nationwide.
• Manage debt recovery and collection matters.
• Advise clients across civil litigation matters.
• Undertake light commercial litigation when required.
• Assist with professional negligence claims if applicable.
• Deliver excellent client care and maintain billing performance.
• Collaborate with the team and help grow the department.

The Role:

• Managing a varied caseload of predominantly civil litigation matters.
• Handling a significant volume of property disputes, acting for investors and developers nationwide.
• Dealing with debt recovery and collection matters.
• Advising clients across a wider range of civil litigation matters.
• Undertaking some light commercial litigation where required.
• Handling professional negligence claims would be advantageous.
• Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong billing performance.
• Working collaboratively with the existing team and contributing to the growth of the department.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FILEX) with at least 4 years' PQE in dispute resolution, with strong experience in property litigation and debt recovery.

You will have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, a proactive approach and the ability to manage a busy workload within a pressurised environment.

Please note the department does not deal with personal injury, medical negligence or contested probate matters.
