Elevate is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to support its in-house Legal team across EMEA and APAC on a 12-month contract. The role blends pricing, financial analysis and AI-enabled workflows to optimise external legal spend from London, with a hybrid work pattern (3 days in office).

We expect 5+ years in legal pricing or related finance roles, strong budgeting, forecasting and stakeholder management, and a keen interest in applying technology to improve pricing efficiency.

Formación

• 5+ years in legal pricing, commercial finance or procurement.
• Strong understanding of legal fee structures and AFAs.
• Experience in financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting.
• Exposure to EMEA/APAC markets and multi-currency pricing.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve pricing workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and analyse legal fee proposals, matter budgets and financial models.
• Benchmark law firm rates, assess AFAs and support external counsel negotiations.
• Monitor spend, budgets and forecasts for cost savings opportunities.
• Use AI tools to evaluate pricing proposals and explore automation.
• Support RFPs, analyse bids and develop pricing templates and reports.
• Provide financial reporting on legal spend, accruals, invoices and budgets.
