Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in non-contentious construction law.
• Strong knowledge of professional appointments.
• Analytical, organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and advise on non-contentious construction contracts, professional appointments, consultancy agreements and framework agreements.
• Identify and communicate legal and commercial risks to support business objectives.
• Advise on tenders, prospective projects and challenging negotiations to assist project managers and senior management.
• Explain complex legal issues clearly to stakeholders and deliver practical contractual training.
• Support innovation and adoption of legal technology, including AI solutions, within the team.
