Tetra Tech Europe is seeking a Legal Counsel - Contracts to join its Leeds legal team. The role focuses on reviewing, advising on, and negotiating contract terms for professional consultancy services, including bespoke and government contracts.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years PQE in non-contentious construction law or related in-house experience, plus strong analytical and communication skills and a willingness to learn construction law. You’ll work in a collaborative environment in Leeds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years' PQE in non-contentious construction law or similar in-house experience.
• Candidates with fewer years' PQE but strong relevant experience may be considered.
• Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills required.

Responsabilités

• Review, advise on, and negotiate terms for professional consultancy contracts (including industry-standard NEC PSC).
• Advise senior management on legal risks and compliance.
• Conduct tender reviews and provide training to project managers.
• Support and develop the solicitor apprentice within the team.
• Explore and assess legal AI solutions to improve processes.
