Job summary

Vertage seeks a Learning Technology Specialist to develop and improve digital learning tools for colleagues across our global organisation. You’ll manage our LMS KnowHow, create engaging e-learning content with Articulate 360, Vyond and Camtasia, and experiment with AI to automate learning workflows.

This hybrid role in the UK or the Netherlands offers collaboration with colleagues across countries and opportunities to shape modern digital learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience with LMS administration and e-learning development.
• Proven ability to create engaging digital learning content using industry tools.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and interest in JavaScript APIs and automation.
• Fluent English communication across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve our LMS, KnowHow, including content, access, and troubleshooting.
• Create e-learning modules and multimedia resources using Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and other teams to translate needs into digital solutions.
• Build and test simple web pages, learning portals, dashboards, or workflow prototypes using HTML/CSS.
