Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Lead Systems Architect to guide architectural activities across complex mission planning and control systems. You will develop architectural artefacts and mentor other architects while balancing modularity and reuse across product offerings.

The role requires MBSE experience, SysML, Rhapsody, and IBM EWM (RTC); you will lead work packages in a hybrid working environment and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) within a complex engineering environment.
• Ability to lead work packages across small to medium-sized teams and coordinate across multi-skilled teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across wider teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural artefacts across a complex systems environment and guide other architects.
• Influence and lead design activities, delivering on time, cost and quality.
• Collaborate with the wider engineering organisation across multiple disciplines.
