Job summary

Co-op in Manchester is seeking a Lead Service Analyst to oversee network services, monitor performance and drive improvements. The role is hybrid, requiring time both at home and in the Manchester city centre office.

You will use data to monitor service health, identify opportunities, and support decision-making across a portfolio of critical technology services, working with service managers, engineers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Service Management in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including IP addressing, switching and routing.
• Experience turning data into actionable insights for service performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyse service performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement across network services.
• Support incident, problem and change management with evidence for decision-making.
• Produce and maintain service reporting, dashboards and insights for reviews.
• Collaborate with Service Managers, engineers and suppliers to improve performance.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Support service readiness and transition for new services and changes.
• Ensure accurate service records and documentation.
