Job summary

The Lead Service Analyst - Hardware role at Co-op in Manchester is to monitor and improve the performance of laptops, phones and store scanners, ensuring reliable hardware services that colleagues rely on daily.

You will analyse service data, produce dashboards, support incident and change management, manage supplier performance and financial governance, and collaborate with Service Managers, engineers and suppliers to deliver resilient, cost-aware hardware services in a hybrid working pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience working within IT Service Management or similar technology environments.
• Experience analysing data to identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve service performance.
• Ability to turn complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience producing reports, dashboards or service performance information for stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and Co-Pilot to enable reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyse service performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement across technology services.
• Support incident, problem and change management activities with insights to aid decision-making.
• Produce and maintain service reporting, dashboards and performance insights for reviews.
• Collaborate with Service Managers, engineers and suppliers to improve service performance.
• Monitor supplier performance against contracts and track costs and reporting.
• Support operational readiness and service transition for new services and changes.
• Maintain service records, documentation and knowledge articles.
• Manage supplier invoicing and technology spend with governance and timely invoicing.
