Informed Solutions Limited is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to own and steer large, complex digital solutions for the public sector. You will guide architecture, design, and end-to-end delivery while mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Software Engineering, UX, Delivery Management, and Data Science.

You will work with a technology-agnostic toolkit including .NET, Java, Python, Node.js, AWS, and Azure, shaping how our teams deliver transformative

Competenze

• Experience leading Full Stack Engineering teams and taking technical ownership of large-scale services.
• Ability to drive architecture, design, and delivery across the full software lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of modern patterns (serverless, microservices) and their application.
• Experience delivering in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, TDD).
• Hands-on cloud experience delivering scalable, secure, well-architected solutions.

Mansioni

• Take overall technical ownership for high-quality engineering across large, complex services from design to operation.
• Own end-to-end architecture and design, produce and maintain high-quality documentation and ensure designs are implemented.
• Plan complex technical activities with Delivery Managers, provide robust estimates, and mitigate risks.
• Build trusted client and partner relationships, guide decisions, and ensure technically and commercially sound solutions.
• Provide technical mentoring to teams to maximise delivery quality and velocity.
