Job summary

Admiral Group Plc in the UK is looking for a Lead Data Analyst to shape how customer data informs smarter, personalised experiences across UK Customer. You will own data models and audiences within Adobe Experience Platform, ensuring scalable, well-governed schemas and datasets.

You'll work with Digital, Marketing and Data Privacy teams to translate business goals into actionable audience designs, advise on activation, and ensure privacy considerations are embedded.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and governing audiences in Adobe Experience Platform.
• Translate business goals into data and audience designs.
• Strong governance and data privacy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern XDM schema and dataset standards.
• Translate business requirements into audience definitions.
• Advise on how audiences should be used for activation and measurement.
• Own definitions of audiences exported to third-party tools.
• Establish shared analytical taxonomies across journeys.
• Collaborate with Data Privacy and Martech for data labeling.
• Experience with Audience Design in AEP, CJA, and related tools.
• Understand XDM concepts and schema-driven design.
• Hands-on experience with CJA or journey analytics tools.
• Understand audiences consumed by AJO, Adobe Target.
