Job summary

Frazer-Nash Consultancy in the UK is seeking an Experienced C&I and Functional Safety Consultant to deliver control system projects across nuclear, defence, and energy sectors. This role combines technical leadership with client-facing project delivery in a hybrid working environment.

You will drive safety-critical solutions, manage EC&I documentation, and mentor engineers while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to meet complex deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong track record delivering C&I projects from concept to commissioning.
• Experience with safety-critical systems aligned to relevant standards.
• Familiarity with EC&I documents such as SLDs, P&IDs, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead C&I projects from concept to commissioning.
• Develop safety-related control systems and associated documentation.
• Manage project teams to deliver within budget and schedule.
• Interface with clients to gather requirements and report progress.
