• Extensive experience in business analysis within digital commerce, subscriptions or retail.
• Ability to lead cross-domain initiatives and align senior stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, analytics and data science teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into clear requirements for Product and Engineering.
• Frame cross-functional problems and align decision-makers on objectives.
• Coordinate collaboration across Business, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science and Finance.
• Evaluate trade-offs across customer journeys, markets and operations.
• Identify opportunities to design scalable tooling and reusable capabilities.
• Test commercial hypotheses with Product, Analytics and Data Science teams.
• Influence executives with data-informed recommendations.
• Strengthen the team’s business-analysis capabilities and standards.
