Job summary

Clyde & Co is seeking a Knowledge Paralegal to join the Knowledge Management team in London or Manchester. You will support the firm's knowledge function by managing legal know-how, developing content, and contributing to training and AI initiatives.

You will collaborate with Knowledge Lawyers and business teams to capture, maintain and share high-quality legal resources across the firm, while handling multiple priorities in a hybrid work pattern.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a legal environment, ideally in a paralegal or knowledge management role.
• Strong research, drafting and analytical abilities with ability to summarise complex information clearly.
• Excellent organisational skills with experience maintaining document libraries or intranet systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management, with experience coordinating training sessions or learning activities.
• Interest in legal technology, AI-enabled knowledge solutions and related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Knowledge Management function by managing know-how and ensuring it is captured, maintained and shared across the firm.
• Assist with content development, training programmes and initiatives in legal technology and AI.
• Work closely with Knowledge Lawyers and business teams to implement knowledge initiatives and updates.
• Contribute to publications, training materials and awareness content for the firm.
