Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience using TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience building applications with React.
• Experience working directly with customers, users or clients.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Experience in a software support environment would be beneficial.
• QA or software testing experience would be advantageous.
• Experience working with enterprise software would be useful.
• Personal coding projects, portfolios or technical side projects are welcomed.
• An interest in progressing towards a software engineering career.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, triage support tickets and escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to QA and testing activities, including automated tests.
• Support feature delivery and bug fixes in development work.
• Create helpful documentation and provide customer training sessions.
• Participate in mentoring and paired programming to grow technical skills.
