Job summary

ErinAssociates is seeking a Junior Software Developer to join its growing Technology team in Lytham St Annes on a hybrid basis. You will work alongside experienced developers and gain hands-on experience across software development, cloud technologies, APIs and system integration.

The role provides exposure to modern cloud-based environments as the company moves away from legacy systems, with opportunities to learn and grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Completed a software development apprenticeship/degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• A good understanding of software development principles and programming concepts.
• Experience with C#, .NET or another modern programming language.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• An understanding of APIs, integrations and how different systems communicate.
• Experience using source control, ideally Git.
• A genuine interest in software development and a strong desire to continue learning and developing professionally.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced developers and technology professionals.
• Gain hands-on experience across software development, cloud technologies and APIs.
• Assist in moving from legacy systems to a modern cloud-based environment.
