Job summary

Oner Active is seeking a Junior Merchandiser to support the growth of the merchandising team. You will work closely with the Senior Merchandiser and Head of Merchandising to manage stock, forecasts and trading decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideally, you bring junior-level merchandising experience, strong numerical skills, and the ability to build cross-functional relationships. This hybrid London role offers development and real impact within the business.

Qualifications

• Ideally experience in a Junior Merchandiser role in a fast-paced retail business.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the business.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure with problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly numerate with a keen eye for data and analysis.
• Commercially minded with understanding of trading performance and customer behaviour.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and motivate a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the WSSI, reviewing performance and extracting insights.
• Plan budgets by category and across channels, aligned with objectives.
• Monitor stock levels to support timely product launches and availability.
• Review forecasts and re-forecast as needed based on performance.
• Analyse trading data to identify best/worst sellers and actions.
• Support buying and gross margin maintenance in line with targets.
• Provide strategic recommendations to drive growth and optimise performance.
• Foster cross-functional relationships across merchandising, buying and design.
