Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a role supporting customers.
• Clear communicator with ownership and reliability.
• Comfort with everyday tools (email, spreadsheets, presentations).

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of publishing clients and serve as a friendly point of contact.
• Assist new client onboarding, including scheduling, documentation and communications.
• Provide training and guidance to help clients use the software effectively.
• Work with technical support and product teams to follow issues through to resolution.
• Monitor client usage and satisfaction and flag concerns early.
• Support renewals and client review meetings with senior colleagues.
