Furza in Oxford is seeking a Junior Account Manager to own a portfolio of customer accounts, ensure satisfaction and retention, and proactively identify opportunities to provide IT, networking, and connectivity solutions.

You will cross-sell and upsell services, partner with the Cyber Security Sales Specialist, and help fuel hyper-growth within a dynamic, collaborative team that values development and cutting-edge IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

• Cross-sell and upsell a full range of services to existing accounts, maximizing revenue while staying customer-first.
• Partner with the Cyber Security Sales Specialist to promote and sell cyber security services to your customers.
