Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting Microsoft infrastructure.
• Active Directory, Entra ID and Windows Server expertise.
• Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switches, firewalls.
• Experience with virtualization, backups and cloud services (Azure).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for technology and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support infrastructure and technology projects, driving improvements across systems, services and platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, acting as escalation point.
• Maintain and optimise core IT infrastructure for high availability, security and performance.
• Support development of technology standards, processes and controls to strengthen resilience and efficiency.
• Contribute to Practice Plan's cloud-first strategy and opportunities to enhance systems and ways of working.
