Practice Plan Limited, part of the Wesleyan Group, is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to maintain and improve our infrastructure in a hybrid Oswestry office. You’ll manage secure, reliable tech and support colleagues across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting and administering Microsoft infrastructure technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID and Windows Server environments.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switching, firewall).
• Experience with virtualization, backup solutions and cloud services (preferably Azure).
• Demonstrated involvement in infrastructure projects within a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support delivery of infrastructure and technology projects across systems and platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues; act as escalation point within IT.
• Maintain and optimise core IT infrastructure for high availability, security and performance.
• Develop and enforce technology standards, processes and controls.
• Contribute to the cloud-first strategy and improve ways of working.
