You will provide first-line and 1.5 line IT support, focusing on Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools. Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support Analyst, Service Desk or Desktop Support roles in corporate settings.
• Ability to support Windows devices and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional 1st and 1.5 line IT support across the business.
• Troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365 apps and peripherals.
• Support Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint administration.
• Configure and support devices, onboarding, and refresh programmes.
• Maintain ITSM records and contribute to knowledge articles.
• Assist with hybrid meeting technology and security best practices.
• Escalate issues to specialist teams when required.
